Nils Lofgren has performed “Man at the Top” live more often than Bruce has–it’s a song that clearly means a lot to him.
My first Seeger Sessions show was the most joyous show I’ve ever attended–by Bruce or anyone. The crowd was sparse and the pit was roomy, but Nils helped us put it to good use with an all-night dance party.
